Yoga for Menstruati on ( To ease your cycle)
There seems to be lots of different advice on asana practice during your cycle. I think it is always best to listen to your own body and do what works best for you. That said the following sequence helps me to feel better during my cycle. I like to take a Yin approach here and hold each pose for about 3 to 5 minutes making sure to work on both sides. Then leaving extra time for the last five listed take as much time as you can to practice the Restorative , Pranayama and Meditation. Then Sweet Savasana. (Followed by some dark chocolate)
